I opened my agency in 2013 after being recruited by State Farm, driven by a long-standing goal of owning my
own business. Today, our office includes two team members plus myself, and we’ve built a relaxed, flexible environment that still takes care of business and delivers strong results. Outside of the office, I stay active by coaching basketball, baseball, and soccer, which reflects the team-first mindset and commitment to development that guide how we work together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with paul hernandez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
